When will my order ship?
Please allow for 2-3 weeks of processing. Our team is working very hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when the order has shipped. Due to covid-19, shipping and production delays are expected. Order early!
I know an influencer who might love to sell merch. Can I refer them to you?
Absolutely! You can have them contact us at hello@avidmerch.com with an inquiry to become one of our partners. We'd love to help them out!
I ordered the wrong size item, what should I do?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact hello@avidmerch.com as soon as possible and describe your situation. Don't forget to include your order number and the size you are requesting.
If you've already received your package, you can make exchanges and returns for up to 21 days after you've received the item. Please email hello@avidmerch.com to start your exchange process.
How can I change my shipping address?
Send an email over to hello@avidmerch.com to change your shipping address. As long as we have not shipped your order, you have time to change it.
